Cleaning Services

We offer a wide range of home cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. 

 Our pricing structure is set on a per job basis rather than an hourly rate.  There are many factors we take into consideration to determine the service fee for your home. This is why we schedule a welcome visit, so we can better understand the needs of your home and provide accurate pricing.  
 

 We are licensed and insured!  We have heard many stories over the years of those who hired someone to clean their home and had a terrible experience due to them not being licensed and insured.  This is a major advantage of going with a company over an individual that you may not know or trust.  

An average laundry basket full of dry clothes typically weighs between 10 to 25 pounds. Weight varies depending on the type and amount of clothing or linens. Heavier items like towels, jeans, and sweatshirts will contribute more weight, while a basket full of lightweight items like t-shirts and undergarments will weigh less. 

We handle all types of clothing, linens, towels, and specialty items like rugs and hockey gear. If you have specific care instructions, just let us know!

 We do not offer ironing, lint removal, shoe cleaning, hand washing, or dry cleaning at this time.  

Yes, we have a minimum weight requirement for laundry orders, typically around 10 lbs, but we can also accommodate smaller loads for a flat rate. 

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, ACH, or Venmo. Payment is typically processed after the service is completed. We will ask for preferred method of payment to book services.  The pick-up/delivery fee is non-refundable so be sure you have the items prepared and ready to go.

If you select "No Preference" on your intake form Tide will be used. If you would like non-toxic detergent, at no extra charge, we recommend Shaklee's Fresh Laundry Detergent. Or if you prefer, provide your own during pickup! Liquid and pods are preferred over powder.

We recommend using Shaklee's non-toxic Fresh Laundry Detergent or provide your own trusted detergent during laundry pickup!

We can provide these add-ons to your service, free of charge, just indicate you would like these under preferred products on your intake form. You may also provide your own if you have a specific product you prefer. 

Place your laundry somewhere outside that will be easily detectable by HOH team member that's picking up. If you prefer more privacy or protection from the elements, providing a point of entry or garage code to retrieve laundry is an option. 

No, you don’t need to be home. You can leave your laundry in a designated spot, and we’ll take care of the rest!

No need to sort! We’ll handle sorting your laundry by colors, fabrics, and care instructions before washing while also keeping separated by family member. 

We are not offerring dry cleaning at this time, but stay tuned for our errand services.

Please acknowledge any items with stains. We can do our best to treat, but ask understanding that if the stain has been untreated, it may be challenging to remove.

We take great care in handling your laundry, but if something is damaged or lost, we have a process in place to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. 

We do not offer laundry tracking at this time, however, we are happy to guarantee same day services!
